Green City Global Development Ltd is a UK-based property development and strategic coordination company created to connect the Angolan diaspora, international investors and partners with real estate opportunities in Angola. We provide international representation, project structuring, strategic coordination and investment support, connecting global vision with local delivery capacity.

From our UK base, we represent and promote projects, build relationships with investors and clients, structure opportunities and support diaspora clients seeking to invest in, acquire, develop or remotely follow property in Angola.

Our services also include property development, the coordination and follow-up of projects and contracted works in Angola, investment support, property management, short-stay and traditional accommodation management, and remote property support for diaspora clients.

In Angola, Green City Global Development Ltd works in coordination with MODERNOVO LDA, the local operational structure responsible for on-site follow-up, team coordination, decoration, finishes, maintenance, operational support and selected construction works aligned with each project’s scope.
